Question 1

What does a website cost at Wynay?

Accepted Answer

Website packages are indicative from €1,200 (Starter) to €5,900 (Professional), with Enterprise scoped individually — and every package ships fully deployed: hosting configured, SSL, domain connected and email set up. Care plans start at €89/month to keep the site managed. The final price is confirmed in a written proposal after a short scoping conversation; the published figures are starting points, not a mystery quote.

Question 2

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

As a guide: landing pages in about a week, business websites in roughly 2–4 weeks, and larger builds in 4–8. The specific timeline is agreed in the proposal before work starts, and you're told early if anything affects it.

Question 3

Do I own everything you build?

Accepted Answer

Completely: code, designs, content, accounts and domain all belong to you from the start. Work happens in repositories and accounts you own — no proprietary lock-in, no hostage clauses, no exit fees.

Question 4

What makes Wynay different?

Accepted Answer

It's founder-led and senior from first contact to launch — strategy, design, engineering and deployment handled by the same person who answers your emails, so nothing gets lost in handoffs. Scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing before work begins.

Question 5

Who handles hosting, domains and the technical setup?

Accepted Answer

Wynay does, as part of the engagement. Rather than selling standalone hosting or domains, each website package ends with your site deployed, SSL active, domain connected and email routed — on infrastructure and accounts registered in your name. Care plans keep it maintained afterwards. You own everything; Wynay handles the technical side.

Question 6

Do you work with clients internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wynay works remotely with clients across Europe and beyond, async-friendly (written decisions, recorded walkthroughs) with calls scheduled to your timezone. Pricing is in euros (EUR).

Question 7

What happens after my website launches?

Accepted Answer

Each package includes a short post-launch care period for fixes and adjustments. After that, most clients continue on a Care plan — monitoring, backups, security updates and a monthly budget of improvement hours — or take full ownership with documentation and a handover.

Question 8

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Services are milestone-based: you review and approve each stage before the next begins, so you're never paying blind. Care subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and simply run out the paid period.
