Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what information Wynay collects through this website, why, and the controls you have. The short version: this site only collects what you choose to send through the contact form, it is used solely to reply to you, and it is never sold.
Who we are
Wynay is an independent, founder-led digital studio operating remotely. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form details — the name, email address, optional company, selected service/budget and message you submit. This is the only personal data this website collects.
- Project information — if we work together, content and materials you share for the engagement, used solely to deliver the work and governed by our agreement.
- Server logs — like all websites, the hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible project
- To deliver and support work you've engaged us for
- To meet legal obligations (for example, tax records once invoicing begins)
We do not send marketing email from this site, build advertising profiles, or sell or rent personal data.
Sharing & processors
Contact-form messages are delivered using Brevo, an email service provider acting as our processor, and are stored in our email inbox. The website is served by our hosting provider. We share data only with such processors as needed to operate, and with authorities where legally required.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers and sets no marketing cookies. If analytics is added later, this policy will be updated first and consent handled where required.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept while they're relevant to a potential or active engagement and then deleted. Project materials are returned or deleted at the end of an engagement unless we're required to keep records.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete the information you've sent us, or object to its use. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK you may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Questions: [email protected].
